Yes, you can.
For Custom domain FTP server name, it is very easy, you just need to add a DNS name (A-Record), such that ftp.YOUR_DOMAINNAME resolves to 66.220.9.42. If you don't have your own DNS server, you can logon the domain registrar website, and add a DNS A-Record ftp.YOUR_DOMAINNAME

For custom domain email server, you need to add a DNS MX record such that your email is handled by the host 66.220.9.41. You can also add a DNS A-Record such that mail.YOUR_DOMAINNAME resolves to 66.220.9.41, then add the DNS MX record such that your Mail Exchange host is mail.YOUR_DOMAINNAME.
Please note DNS changes usually take 24 hours to refresh. So please be patient. If you are not sure about DNS MX record and A-Record, please contact your domain registrar company (the company you bought your domain name) for support.
Once the DNS has been setup correctly, you can logon VOSI.biz webmail, click on EMail Options, then click on Custom EMail Domain to finish configuration. All your sub-users will use the same email domain.
