It is actually very simple, probably easier than you have thought.

Just double click on a remote file in VOSI.biz File Explorer, it will open it using a default Windows application (e.g. Microsoft Word, etc.)

You can then edit the file. When finished, just Save it instead of Save As.  The Windows Application (e.g. Word) will save the modified file in a local temp cache folder. VOSI.Biz File Explorer will then automatically sync the changed file back to VOSI.biz server.

This solution is 10 times more efficient and reliable than directly saving files to a remote server. VOSI.biz File Explorer is extremely efficient and reliable in uploading / downloading files to VOSI.biz remote file server, it also uses data compression to speed up uploading and downloading.

On the other hand, if Word is to save files directly to remote, it is a lot slower and un-reliable. If your network gets disconnected, you could end up crashing the application and lose data.
