This is a rare problem. I have checked with our QA and engineers, it could happen if the application was not installed correctly.

Please launch Windows Service window by going to Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Services:

Check if you see VOSI.biz service. If not, you need to reinstall the application. Please note some anti-virus software or network security software could block the Installer from making changes to Windows Registry.

If you do see "VOSI.biz Backup service", please try to start it.  You might need to reboot your computer for it to work correctly.
