You don't need IT experience to use our service. Our service is designed to replace, enhance and simplify your IT systems. You only need to be familiar with computers and web browsers to use our service and User Admin tool.
An administrator user can create, edit, delete, disable sub-users; change sub-user logon name and password; divide and set storage quota for each user; create folders and share different folders to different sub-users with different access rights.
An administrator user can also create sub-group administrators or group guest users. A sub-group administrator account can be assigned to a branch office or to a project team; a group guest account can be assigned to a business client / customer where he/she can only access folders shared to him/her.
